Miss Julia Free

Julia has been dancing as a member of CSDS since the age of two. She trained in various styles including jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, contemporary and hip hop. In addition to these classes, she has also completed BAL ballet exams and Glenn Wood tap exams. Throughout the years, she has been a member of various troupe teams, competing in competitions around NSW, and has had the opportunity to dance at Dreamworld in QLD.

Outside of the studio, Julia is studying a Bachelor of Teaching/ Bachelor of Arts in Humanities to further her career in becoming a high school performing arts teacher. As well as dance, Julia has a strong passion for drama and acting, placing 4th overall for her HSC, and has had on screen acting opportunities such as Channel 7’s Home and Away. She performed in many school musicals where both acting and dancing were involved- further allowing her to solidify her love and passion for performing arts.

Julia has been a dedicated member of CSDS since 2002 and has been teaching since 2019 ranging in various styles such as lyrical, ballet and jazz, teaching age groups ranging from Pre junior to intermediate.
